Reels & Wheels Old School Vegas With a Twist

If you love classic slot games, then Reels & Wheels is something you should check out. It is a single payline, classic slot game with the old school look and feel of one-arm bandits. The pay symbols are simple, consisting of cherries, bars, and sevens. Cherries pay on two or three on a line. All other symbols pay three to a line.

Like most classic slot games, you’ll do no worse than break even on a spin. Any three symbol wins will turn at least a profit of 2x. Triple 7s will get you a payout of 50x your stake.

I got super lucky and actually hit the Triple 7s once, giving me a nice 50x win on a $2 stake.

Diamond Multiplier Wilds

The Diamond serves as both a wild and a multiplier. If you make a payline with a single diamond, you will get a 2x multiplier. For example, we got a single cherry and diamond wild, which resulted in a payout of 2x your bet on two cherries instead of 1x.

If you manage to land two diamonds on a winning payline, you will get a 5x multiplier. For example, get a green bar and two diamonds, and you’ll get a payout of 25x instead of 5x.

Finally, if you happen to get lucky and land three diamonds, you win the max payout of 500x your stake. While that seems like a jackpot, it is not the biggest prize you can win.

Bonus Wheel

This game features a Bonus Wheel feature that can be triggered when the Bonus symbol lands on Reel 3. When this happens, a Bonus Wheel will appear. On the wheel, you can get multipliers ranging from 5x to 500x. You can also land on the Jackpot section to launch the jackpot wheel.

I was able to land the Bonus Wheel once and caught a 50x multiplier. This was a nice hit considering up to that point I hadn’t won much.

Jackpot Wheel

If you are lucky enough to land on the Jackpot section of the Bonus Wheel, you will trigger the Jackpot Wheel. The Jackpot Wheel will award one of five jackpots. You can land the Mini, Minor, Major, Mega, or Vegas Jackpots.

The Mini jackpot is generally around $50 while the Minor and Major will be between $100 and $500. The Mega jackpot was around $25,000 when I played. Finally, the Vegas Jackpot is what you want. It was sitting at around $65,000 when I played the game.

Reels & Wheels High Variance But Nice Payouts

Reels & Wheels is a game that can be both frustrating and awesome. When you’re grinding along and only getting a small win every 10 to 15 spins, it is incredibly frustrating. Then, you’ll catch the bonus game or a random big win, and the game is awesome.

We don’t know the RTP of this game due to it being a proprietary game from the Bovada family of online casinos. The game is high volatility, but it also can produce some nice payouts, so it is still worth checking out.
